Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed through the website https://sonofpeak.com operated by Sons of Peaks. By placing an order, you fully accept these terms.

Products

All products offered on our website are described with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product, particularly regarding colors due to screen calibration differences.

Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes (TVA). Shipping costs are free on all orders across Europe. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of the order.

Ordering Process

To place an order: select your products and variants (size, color), add them to your cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping information, select your payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email. The sale is finalized once full payment has been received.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. All transactions are encrypted and your banking information is never stored on our servers.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. However, as our products are made to order and custom-produced, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized items, as per Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

Returns and Refunds

Misprinted, damaged, or defective items: claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Lost packages: claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Wrong size received: if the size tag does not match the order, a return or exchange is accepted.

Returns are not accepted for: minor color differences due to printing processes, wrong shipping address provided by the customer, or wrong size ordered by the customer.

Liability

Sons of Peaks shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from misuse of the products or for indirect damages arising from the use of the website.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal proceedings. If no resolution is reached, the competent courts of France shall have jurisdiction.
