Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders across Europe. No additional costs will be applied at checkout.

Delivery Time

Standard Shipping (Europe): 7 to 20 business days depending on destination. Remote areas or overseas territories: 20 to 35 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union, as well as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and Turkey.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears lost in transit or shows no tracking updates for 30 or more days, please contact us at contact@sonofpeak.com. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.

Unclaimed Shipments

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the address provided was incorrect, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Customs and Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
